With the development of the society,the reform of education also followed,The goal of education is to enhance students’ development variously and freely,at the same time,the development of abilities is the core goal and the main content.In our country,Education also started to pay attention to the abilities’ development of students,no matter national documents,the curriculum standards or the education goal of the university entrance exam outline,the abilities to have certain requirements,especially the thought of college entrance examination changed from the "knowledge" to "ability",which illustrated that the development of abilities has been paid more attention and become main direction of international education.But ability is a kind of potential behavior,how to evaluation by students’ performance ability is the core problem.In recent years,the PISA and TIMSS international large evaluation become the main testing methods,such as containing tend to ability test,which pointed out the direction for our evaluation.What does chemistry competence include?How to evaluate students’ chemistry competences?As well as build question whether has high reliability and validity of requirements?There are the focus of this essay.This paper through review curriculum standard both at home and abroad and the university entrance exam outline the division of chemical subject ability,domestic scholars define performance standards development,chemical subject ability,etc,Through theoretical research to determine the principles of chemistry competence,extracting the four elements of ability:The chemical expermical ability;Symbolic representation ability;Model ability;Chemical caculation thinking ability.Based on the subject ability construction,the level of ability,At the sub-level,the behavioral performance is defined as the textual instruction.We through the analysis of test questions in the examination,Through the specified performance and difficulty,degree of differentiation,etc to test code,Then according to the two-way breakdown and subject ability level testing framework to choose select questions,At last,by SPSS22.0 to reliability and validity of theexamination paper analysis,Analysis shows that test with good reliability;validity,Base on the statistical data analyses the levels and distribution of the students’ ability of related and gender in the distribution of subject ability level,research has shown that chemical subject ability level was positively normal distribution.
