Through literature review,this paper describes the current situation and shortcomings of the research on high school physics question Banks at home and abroad,the research status of dynamic evaluation theory at home and abroad,and the development and research status of project response theory.It is considered that the construction of high school physics question bank based on the dynamic evaluation theory is not only the need of The Times development but also the need for education reform.It conforms to the requirement of cultivating students with core literacy,conforms to the requirement of the examination syllabus and new curriculum standard for examination proposition,and has a strong research value and practical significance.Through the research and study of dynamic assessment theory,the author combines theory with practice and puts forward the view of building high school physics question bank based on the dynamic assessment theory.Based on the existing research,this study further combines the dynamic evaluation with question bank construction to become a test paradigm integrating prediction,diagnosis,and correction.And for physics teaching first-line teachers provides a dynamic evaluation theory to assess students' competence in recent development area,with advanced item response theory for measuring basis,using the “progressive prompt measurement” intervention dynamic assessment of the measurement model,and in high school physics “Newton kinematics” part,for example,the question bank building and using the tentative research.In this study,the author used RASCH model to analyze the quality of test paper objectively and equidistant.Through the test project parameters and students' ability under the scientific method is analyzed,based on the all kinds of parameter information of the title,combined with the teachers' and students' feedback after test,we can see based on the dynamic evaluation theory to construct the question bank can measure not only the students' ability of value,also can improve the students' ability.The results got in this study are ideal and can provide effective Suggestions for test proposition and topic optimization in practical teaching.It is hoped that this study can provide some useful references for the researchers or users of question bank.
