In the context of educational information and the new curriculum reform, teaching and research network came into being, and gradually become a trend to carry out primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and research. Network research platform as the main place of teachers participating in networking activities, to carry out the network for teaching and research environment provides important support for this from the national level to the provinces or even part of the county, schools have established their own network research platform, one would expect these Training to become a platform to promote the professional growth of teachers of the new base. However, these cost a lot of human and financial resources to the construction of a network of teaching and research environment, the actual effect is not ideal, some platforms handful of enrollment, or enrollment reached a certain size, but activity was insufficient utilization of teachers teaching and research platform is not high, participate degree is not deep, affecting the quality of teaching and research network. Therefore, the use of network research platform to explore factors affecting the behavior of great significance.As a behavioral phenomenon, an important prerequisite for the network and research happening is teachers teaching and research network virtual environment. In this study, technology acceptance and integration model(UTAUT), combined with features network research platform, the introduction of personal knowledge management needs and motivations of two new variables interact, network research platform built using behavioral factors initial model, in this Based on the nine proposed hypotheses, and the preparation of the relevant questionnaire survey conducted in primary and secondary school teachers in the survey, access to relevant data. Through correlation analysis of the data and the regression analysis, the hypothetical model for verification. Data analysis showed that: performance expectancy, social impact, personal knowledge management needs positive impact on teachers’ willingness to use the network and research platform, where social impact of teachers and research network platform using the maximum willingness impact; contributing factors, use wishes, personal knowledge management needs, positive impact on teaching and research platform for network usage behavior, including use wishes effects on teacher motivation and research network to maximize the use of behavior. In the end of the impact on network and research using behavioral factors explained the analysis, and the corresponding strategies. Hope that through this research, teaching and research activities in order to improve network quality, improve the network to provide reference and research platform, which serves to enhance the teaching ability of teachers to continuously promote the professional development of teachers.
