In this study,researchers from the observation and thinking in the school teaching practice in Ideological and moral lessons.In the sports school ideological and moral teaching,the researchers found that sports school students do not love learning.Therefore,based on these cases in the teaching practice,this study selected L H teacher sports school and with a class of students as the research object,the education field and the inner world for half a year into the H where the teacher,and on the basis of education work records,diaries,interviews,through continuous exploration for the sports school students the design features of case teaching has gradually changed the thought of learning attitude and moral education of students in sports schools,but also has some practical significance.This study describes a moral teacher for narrative research on the design of the case teaching characteristics of sports school students.This research mainly uses the method of narrative research,and makes a thorough and careful observation and analysis of the teacher H by using the method of interview,observation and physical analysis.Through the study of H teacher's observation,interviews,found that the sports school students do not love moral reason of learning thought is not suitable for the actual case selection of students,the reasons are:(1)the case material is old,far from their world far away,the students can't understand.(2)in the analysis of the case by case discussion,students are not interested in,students don't think seriously,most of them are teachers in the form as a mere formality,justify,pose.(3)the blood transfusion type teaching mode so that students lost hematopoietic function,is a cognitive,doubt,selection,criticism,exploration,creation,and finally became the teacher's monologue,which leads to instill learning mode,one-way classroom communication,cognitive activities arranged,thinking about the problem dependent.In the course of the study,the researchers selected H teacher for sports school students design characteristics of teaching case development process,and the teacher H and related characters according to the teaching design case interviews,comprehensive analysis after the discovery of H teachers take measures:(1)according to the connotation of sports school students the characteristics of the design of the case teaching.(2)according to the characteristics of sports school students to design teaching case steps.
