Novels have always been the focus of high school Chinese teaching,an important part of classroom teaching,with unique aesthetic characteristics and artistic forms.In the current novel teaching class,the stylized model analysis of the novel "character","plot" and "environment" has become the only teaching method in the novel classroom.Under the new curriculum background,the apparently old teaching ideas and methods cannot cope with the diversity.The teaching of novels,although the traditional novel teaching method takes care of the teaching of the novel content,but ignores the form and skill of the novel,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' interest in reading and aesthetic appreciation.Based on this,the author proposes the framework of modern narrative theory.The concept of narrative selection teaching design is proposed in combination with novel teaching,which provides a new perspective for high school novel teaching.This research follows the logic of thinking from theory to practice.The author will discuss it from four aspects.The first part introduces the object,content,method and related research summary of this research,sorts out the research summary,traces the source,and clarifies the narratology.Form the development process.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of high school novel teaching.The author analyzes the problems existing in the current novel teaching from the four levels of teachers,students,teaching materials and schools.The third part puts forward the idea of applying narrative theory to the teaching of high school novels,defines the related concepts and main contents of narrative theory,and analyzes the necessity of combining high school novels with narrative theory.The fourth part is different from the traditional novels,which emphasizes the interpretation of the content.The narrative theory tends to analyze the text and form of the novel.This chapter mainly analyzes the text through the narrator,narrative perspective,narrative time and narrative rhythm,and puts forward the application of narrative theory.The specific strategy to go to the novel teaching to solve the problems existing in the current novel teaching.The fifth part is based on the narrator,narrative perspective,narrative time series,narrative rhythm,combined with the specific articles of high school novels,puts forward the bridge of theory and practice,and puts forward the idea of novel teaching design.
