The rapid growth of the national economy is dependent on the liberation and development of every productive force,and the special population is a not yet fully liberated productive forces,with unlimited potential.Education is one of the important means of emancipating and developing productive forces.Therefore,the state has introduced a series of policies to promote the development of special education and special sports.It aims to accelerate the growth of China's GDP by educating the potential productivity.And from the overall situation of China's social spiritual civilization construction,concerned about the special population,the development of special sports,is to help our special population to achieve real education fair opportunity;also an important indicator of China's social civilization and progress.Therefore,the author uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to study the status quo of physical education teaching in special education schools in Hunan province.Through the analysis of its current situation,So as to understand the main problems of its existence,and put forward reasonable suggestions for optimization.The study of the author that:1.At present,the situation of special education schools in Hunan Province has improved,but there is still a difference between the number of schools,the scale of running a school,the class capacity and so on.The number of school physical education teachers can not meet the needs of existing students.The degree to be improved,the age structure is not balanced and fewer opportunities for retraining.2.There are some blindness in the formulation of teaching objectives,the goal description is not accurate enough,the consideration of the actual needs of students is not perfect,the rationality of target classification and the operation of the target need to be strengthened.3.In the teaching content,at this stage,the province of special education schools physical education curriculum and curriculum standards are set by the various schools,the lack of a unified standard.Lack of professional teaching materials,most of the schools did not develop the relevant physical education teaching documents to ensure the smooth development of physical education.4.In the teaching methods,the most use of visual sign language teaching method,auditory touch teaching methods and inspired teaching methods and other traditional special education teaching methods.In the form of organization,or to the traditional class teaching system based.5.In the teaching environment,the material environment,the school outdoor site construction is far from reaching the national standard;most teachers and students that the existing sports venues and equipment in response to the current teaching needs of the lack of situation.Social environment,schools,parents,teachers and students for the special physical education class is not high degree of attention,more than half of the position is not support nor oppose the attitude of perfunctory.6.1n the teaching evaluation,the teaching evaluation situation is worrying,the current special education school in Hunan Province,the majority of evaluation criteria developed by the physical education teachers,and there is no uniform evaluation criteria.Did not form a good teaching feedback mechanism.Give the following suggestions:to strengthen the communication between special education schools;to enhance the degree of professionalization of physical education teachers;to speed up the special education curriculum standards and teaching materials;physical education in the use of modern multimedia teaching methods;strengthen special education venues facilities Construction;establish a sound teaching evaluation mechanism.
