The Realistic Investigation And Counterd-measure Of Physical Teaching About Hunan Special Education School

With the implementation of the project of a new round of basic educational reform that the education department of the State Education Commission started in 1999, physical education of the special education school centers on " the action plan of vitalizing education towards the 21st century " and puts forward to establish the guidance of " healthy first " and carry out various informative teaching activity. In the past, we have done much studying on our sports teaching to ordinary school, but still in the weak link about the research on physical education of the special education school educates by contrast. Researches on special physical education are not over all, the researches focus only on some facet and didn't focus on the specific research, which is obviously unfavorable to the development of P.E of the special education school and unfavorable to the development of all-round way of the target of the special education too.In order to strengthen the sports educational work of special education school, the author have carried on the on-site inspection and studied on some sports teaching situations of special education school of Hunan Province. Attempting to offer the consultation for relevant policies and regulations of making special education in Hunan Province through this research, offering basis on which the whole society pays attention to the special education, especially for sports teaching in the special education, paying close attention to the social disadvantaged group of the disabled person too.The subject has adopted such research methods as literature, expert's interview, contrasting, logic analysis, case analysis , investigates and analyzes 11 sports teachers , 321 disabled students of the special education school of Hunan Province. The result shows: The current situation of sports teaching of the special education school of Hunan Province is troubling: the number of sports teachers is small, the level of scientific research is low, the sports place is so simple and the teaching apparatus is of seriously shortage, the teaching materials is so old.
