Research On The Quality And Training Of Tennis Professional Technically Talent

Along with the rapid development of tennis sport and increasing in the number of tennis,tennis sharply accelerated marketization,formed the social sports instructors tennis professional post,tennis professional talents with great market demand.Under the trend of the development of the environment,tennis trainer part from the self-taught amateur,part of the students from sports colleges and universities tennis special.Two branches form a tennis coach of the team now is to meet the needs of"quantity" in the market,but on the "quality" far from satisfied."Persons"has become a hot research topic in the field of education and focus on the core,at the same time we must recognize that although skilled talents has become a hot topic academic circles,but studies are generally as a branch of vocational education research,there is a lack of professional technical persons for sports theory studies,and specifically for tennis professional skilled talents quality of the structure of the empirical study hardly.Therefore,how to evaluate the tennis professional skilled talent quality structure,to improve the quality of the professional skilled talents with practical value,the standard tennis education training market,to better implement the national fitness program has certain practical significance.In view of this,the method for tennis professional skilled talents,sports colleges and universities of hunan province tennis field 4 people,other disciplines experts 5 people,be responsible for the management and training work of tennis coaches managers 6 people and 58 tennis coaches and 182 students did a questionnaire and interviews,provides the first-hand data for this study.Results showed:(1)the tennis sport in our country has a long development course,the participants is wide and has a good development the great potential of tennis,tennis professional technical persons is a cadre of tennis sport in the rapid development of our country.(2)tennis professional skilled talents in hunan province,the ratio between male and female teachers two;Teachers' age structure is unreasonable,the proportion of young teachers is too small,relatively large proportion of the middle-aged and old teachers,Overall degree structure basic reasonable,tennis skills level of coaches ratio show that the structural imbalances,junior coaches and no level more than half the proportion of coaches;But in school age structure,the referee level,professional sport better overall experience.(3)through to the professional tennis skills to contents related to the talent quality structure of comb,it is concluded that tennis professional skill talented person quality evaluation indexes are:professional ethics,knowledge,skill,ability and psychological quality,image and so on six big structure,research on the vocational skilled talents quality further structure are analyzed in detail.(5)training form a single,imperfect management system,the interest is not strong,their own quality,effort is not enough,the members of the lack of communication is affected tennis career of nine main factors to improve the quality of skilled talents.(5)improve the talent management system,strengthen the communication between coaches and self learning is the main measures to improve tennis professional skilled talents quality.
