Application Of Stratified Teaching Method In Basketball Optional Course In Gansu Province

2003 "National College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guide" was formally introduced,means that the national general higher education,physical education curriculum has entered into a new era of development and reform.The reform of teaching methods is the basic guarantee for the teaching activities to achieve good results and achieve the "outline".On the basis of innovation following the teaching law,most of the traditional teaching method of "breakthrough million people in" across the board "model limitations,the hierarchical teaching method is more scientific,and pay more attention to students' individual differences,explore the advantages of hierarchical teaching method in College Physical Education in the process of the PE curriculum reform in China trend.This study used literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,experimental method and other methods to study the 2014 basketball elective students in LanZhou JiaoTong University.Conclusion: 1 in improving students' physical quality teaching method and traditional teaching method has no significant difference,but the basic technology in improving the students' basketball(dribbling,passing,three step layup)there is significant difference(P<0.5),the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group;2 in the teaching experiment,and for independent college university public sports is studied,the results show that the layered teaching method can improve students' basketball special physical quality,but also have the same effect as the traditional teaching method,there is no significant difference;3 using the hierarchical teaching,the different level of basketball students have a breakthrough in basketball skills,reflect the teaching principle of "individualized";4 through the analysis of the experimental class and the control class students' body shape and physical quality level comparison of basketball,There is no obvious difference,that of basketball in a short period of time,the influence of shape and physical quality of students is not great;5 through the analysis of the experimental class and the control class students basic basketball technical level comparison,found that students in the experimental class the rate of increase was higher than that of the control class,the main reason is the hierarchical teaching method to be more to take care of each student's ability,so as to formulate the corresponding teaching content,make students participate in basketballelective courses can improve their ability through more suitable teaching.Suggestions: 1 PE teachers should carry out teaching research,update the concept.PE teachers in teaching,should be based on the development trend of the times,citing focuses on modern teaching methods and means,the introduction of hierarchical teaching method can be individualized,so that each student are improved,thereby improving the overall quality of teaching;2 respect for individual differences of students,improve the students' different levels of basketball technical level.For the different level of basketball students to develop the teaching content and evaluation system,and ensure the high cohesion between different levels of evaluation standards,and strive to achieve the level of students' basketball and improve;3 in the teaching process should be flexible and make corresponding adjustment.Due to the hierarchical teaching method in teaching process for making all levels of students learning objectives,therefore teachers should pay more attention than traditional teaching,specific to individual students,good growth record the work of students through the teaching process of students' learning situation,timely make corresponding adjustment;4 note the convergence between the reorganization and the group,to avoid the generation of two levels of differentiation.The experiment can be used in the process of promotion mode,the positive attitude to learning students can be promoted to carefully before a group,a group of students learning attitude down to,learning enthusiasm and stimulate the whole group of students,so as to avoid the produce two differentiation phenomenon;5 to strengthen the extracurricular activities guide.To encourage students to actively participate in extracurricular sports activities,basketball club,to make up for the deficiency in conventional courses,make students master basketball skills as soon as possible,into basketball,basketball to enjoy the charm and joy.
