Family and kindergarten are important factors that jointly influence the development of preschool children.Family and kindergarten education involves collaborative interaction between the two social modules because they have different educational advantages and have different educational resources.However,it is not difficult to find that the cooperation between family and kindergarten is not as smooth and efficient as we expect from the current status of cooperation.More precisely,improper cooperation can produce certain conflicts.This paper mainly use the means of questionnaire and individual interviews to investigate the conflict situation of four kindergartens in Lanzhou city and found between family and kindergarten exist the following problems : 1.There is a lack of policy support and system guarantee of parents participate in kindergarten education;2.The co-cultivation of family and kindergarten has serious superficial phenomenon;3.The unequal status of parents in communicating with teachers;4.the communication between kindergarten and the family is not fluent and lack of trust 5.the difference of educational concept between kindergarten and family;6.professional level factors in kindergartens.This paper puts forward recommendations to improve conflict between family and kindergarten aims at the current situation and problems of the conflict;Firstly,policy support of the education administration: 1.Improve the system construction and create a harmonious home cooperative environment;2.Strengthen the administrative guidance and relevant training to kindergartens and families.Secondly,the kindergarten should establish a practical and effective cooperation mode of family and kindergarten : 1.Strengthen the guidance to the family and open the parents classroom and improve the awareness of parents on preschool education;2.Communicate and cooperative systematically and consistently and enrich the cooperation content;3.The private kindergartens should improve the quality of education and avoid emphasizing education quality while ignoring protection.Thirdly,teachers should set up the concept of service: 1.Strengthen communication strategy and pay attention to the details of communication and improve communication effect;2.Establish mutual respect and trust with parents;3.Improve teachers' professional standards.Fourthly,parents should strengthen the cooperative consciousness and distinguish the rights and responsibilities: 1.Play the coordinating role of parent-teacher Committee;2.Teachers should identify their roles and responsibilities and actively communicate with kindergarten;3.Understand the characteristics and needs of children and pay attention to the growth of young children;4.Strengthen the awareness of cooperation and actively participate in the kindergarten co-cultivation activities.This paper explores the conflict between kindergarten and family and hopes to arouse the attention of scholars to the conflict.Finally promote the development of preschool education and the building of friendly and tacit cooperation between family and kindergarten and resolve the conflict between kindergarten and family.
