Job burnout is a common negative psychological symptom in the group of service practitioners.Teachers job burnout refers to the symptoms such as emotional failure,de-individualization and low sense of achievement in the work of teachers,which will not only damage the mental health of teachers,but also adversely affect the teaching quality of teachers and even the physical and mental health of students.Therefore,in recent years,the research on teachers job burnout has gradually increased.Some studies have shown that the related factors of preschool teachers family,kindergarten and personal level are all related to their job burnout level.On the basis of the existing research,this study further explores the influence of preschool teacherswork-family conflict on job burnout,and at the same time examines the role of preschool teacherspsychological contract and perceived colleague support in the two,so as to establish an adjusted intermediary effect model which takes into account the three factors of family,kindergarten and teacher.This study investigated the work-family conflict,job burnout,psychological contract and perceived peer support of 546 kindergarten teachers in Hubei Province by questionnaire survey,And use SPss25.0 and Hayes(2012)compiled SPSS macro to deal with and analyze the results of the survey,and draw the following conclusions:There were significant correlations among the four variables: work-family conflict,job burnout,psychological contract and perceived colleague support.There are positive correlations between work-family conflict and job burnout,psychological contract and perceived colleague support.There is a negative correlation between work-family conflict and psychological contract,job burnout and psychological contract,work-family conflict and perceived peer support,job burnout and perceived peer support.The work-family conflict of preschool teachers has a direct positive predictive effect on job burnout.The higher the level of work-family conflict is,the higher the level of job burnout is,and the lower the level of work-family conflict is,the lower the level of job burnout is.Psychological contract has a partial mediating effect on job burnout in the process of work-family conflict.The higher the level of work-family conflict,the lower the level of psychological contract,the higher the level of job burnout,and the lower the level of work-family conflict,the higher the level of psychological contract,the lower the level of job burnout.Perceived colleague expressiveness moderates the mediating effect of psychological contract.The higher the level of perceived colleagues expressive support,the higher the mediation effect value of psychological contract,the lower the level of perceived colleagues expressive support,and the lower the mediation effect value of psychological contract.
