In this study,1068 kindergarten teachers were selected as the research object,and the turnover intention of kindergarten teachers was explored through questionnaire survey.The main purpose of this study was to investigate whether there were significant differences in the turnover intention of kindergarten demographic variables.In addition,this study further explores how the risk factors(work family conflict)and protective factors(psychological resilience)of kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention work,and the relationship between them.The conclusion of this study is as follows:(1)There are significant differences in age,education background,teaching age and organization of kindergarten teacher’s turnover intention,but no significant differences in gender and nature of kindergarten.(2)Kindergarten teacher’s work family conflict,psychological resilience and turnover intention have significant correlation,among which kindergarten teachers’ work family conflict and psychological resilience have significant negative correlation,and have significant positive correlation with turnover intention;psychological resilience and turnover intention have significant negative correlation.(3)Work family conflict were negatively associated with of kindergarten teacher’s psychological resilience;work family conflict was positively associated with of kindergarten teacher’s turnover intention;psychological resilience was negatively associated with of kindergarten teacher’s turnover intention.(4)Psychological resilience moderated the direct relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention among kindergarten teachers.
