With children's entering into kindergartens,there has been a new key medium environmental system-the relationship between family and kindergarten arisen in the two important micro-systems mentioned above.The family-kindergarten cooperation is an essential aspect which is the need of both education and.children's individual development.In the meanwhile,it not only promotes the improvement of the education quality in kindergartens,but offers an efficient way to accelerate children's physical and psychological harmonious development.Based on using the related theory and experience of family-kindergarten cooperation at family and abroad,this research analyzed the current situation in Main Urban districts of Chongqing in the hope of providing some theory bases about area of family-kindergarten cooperation and improving the family-kindergarten cooperation's effectiveness in practice.This research took questionnaire,on-site observation and interviews focusing on teachers and parents' knowledge,attitudes of,comment on family-kindergarten cooperation,and cooperation ways,contents,extents,and problems existed,affective factors and measures.The research concluded that(1) to sum up,teachers and parents all admit cooperation is useful to child's development,and their attitudes are active,but the cooperation is short of programming;the contents of family-kindergarten cooperation involves all aspect of children's growing,but they lack of consistency;there are many sorts of ways which teachers and parents use them to cooperation,and among them, having a talk face to face,or dating talk,and telephone are most favorite ways.,but the cooperation ways become mere formality;the teachers and parents are satisfy to results of cooperation,but the cooperation is in low levels,which teachers and parents lacked enough interaction.(2)The main effective factors are cooperators themselves,the relation between cooperators and kindergarten's administration.The author makes some suggestions which in order to improve the effective cooperation:teachers and parents should acquire correct conception of family-kindergarten cooperation,and cultivate the equal relationships between which teachers and parents should understand and respect each other;the kindergarten should improve the cooperation programmatically,and teachers and parents should strengthen the communication skills;kindergarten should set up effective and practical ways of family-kindergarten models.
