Along with information technology and network technology development,human society has entered the era of knowledge economy.As we know school is a knowledge-intensive organization, where the most important part is the teachers' knowledge management.On the one hand,because of "tacit knowledge" itself is a priority and individual characteristics,it constitutes an important component of the teachers personal professional competence,but the teacher's "tacit knowledge" is not easy sharing between groups of teachers,thereby it is not conducive to the common implementation for all the teachers in professional development.Therefore,to explore what is teachers' tacit knowledge and how to better sharing teachers' tacit knowledge better is very significant to improve the teachers' professional competence,to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of the whole school,to lead the students' growth for intelligence,and also to broaden the horizon for solving the problems of current school-based teaching and teacher training.
