Is the value of practical talents in Higher Vocational Colleges through the cultivation of qualified to provide the key supporting power for social development and moral education as an important way to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,play a key role in training in Higher Vocational colleges.With the rapid development of information and network technology,a variety of moral and cultural mutual friction and fusion,make the moral education challenge.So how to effectively enhance the effectiveness of moral education in modern higher vocational colleges is inevitable.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research significance and the research purpose of this paper to optimize the moral education work of the head teacher in higher vocational colleges.Class is an important part of College Teachers in the backbone,is engaged in the work of moral education and carry out ideological and political education,is the healthy growth of college students and guide.The effective development of the head teacher's moral education work is directly related to the cultivation of qualified talents for the socialist construction.This study selected the Lanzhou Vocational Technical College as the object of study,using interviews and questionnaire,investigation of the actual situation of College Students' Ideological and moral characteristics and teacher of the moral education,through the results of interviews and questionnaires after a detailed analysis,this paper points out the moral education work of Higher Vocational College Teachers must be combined with the basic characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students' Ideological and moral the start from the moral education teacher on the subject of moral education in students' self education awareness dislocation,weak awareness of teacher moral education mode,lack of innovation,the old single class moral education content,from reality,teacher team building greater mobility,lack of school value in moral education attaches great importance to teacher role.The problems of moral education in higher vocational colleges are sorted out in several aspects.Analysis and Research on the causes of the moral education work of the head teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The authorembarks from the actual situation of Lanzhou Vocational Technical College teacher moral education focuses on the basic characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students' Ideological and moral,to reflect the work of teacher moral education in higher vocational colleges,strive to constantly enrich and improve the higher vocational college teacher moral education measures for the implementation of the "culture of higher technology applied talents" all-round development the target.
