emerging profession also is so.The social work it took one kind helps human's occupation,for the response society's need,the solution society question,the promotion society harmonious development has made the prominent contribution,but the social work institutional framework not perfect,work pressure high,the specialized sympathy low,the salary treatment level not high,the social worker human resources insufficiency,the society support and so on the questions insufficiently,organizes the whole development to the social worker to bring many disadvantageous influences,the social worker's formidable pressure causes to appear in the profession in particular to leave job the phenomenon more and more serious issue,the bead triangle area social worker rate of personnel loss elevates year
