Family education is the basis of children education that plays an important role on the healthy growth of children.Parents are lifelong teachers of their children,before the psychological development of the child has been matured and the outlook on life and world of the child has been formed,the healthy growth of children could not happen without the correct guidance of their parents.The rearing pattern is an important part of family education that has a very important impact on healthy personality training and the normal socialization of children.This study is based on cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory as a guide,from the concept of education and upbringing behavior in two dimensions to improve the XZ community parents parental rearing patternof social work practice research.First,through the interviews with parents,community workers and children,the problems in the family rearing patternof the XZ community were analyzed and analyzed.Secondly,the use of the Parental Rearing Questionnaire(PBI)was used to investigate 62 children in the 4-6 grade,To analyze the situation of parent and mother's parenting in the community,and to determine the female parent as the main social work service object.Finally,the XZ community children's house as a platform to organize and carry out the female parent group to the international child development project service design As a basis,to carry out the improvement of family parenting system of parenting services.The study found that:XZ community family rearing patternin both education and upbringing behavior have two problems,the family rearing patternto the mother low care,high control and father's high concern,low control,accounting for 48.4%and 51.6%;As the mothers bear the main parenting responsibilities,there are more problems in raising children;social workers use the International Children's Development Program to intervene in the family rearing patterneffect is obvious.Finally,the author reconsiders the use of the International Children's Development Program for social workers to intervene in the local family rearing patternof the community and to propose more effective future family education services.
