Investigation On The Current Family Rearing Of Children Aged 0-3 Years From A District Of L City

With the implementation of the two-child policy,the issue of family rearing for children aged 0-3 has been raised again and aroused wide attention.The importance the state attaches to the rearing of children aged 0-3 is not only related to the progress of family rearing theory and practice,but also the future health and growth of children.This study conducted a questionnaire investigation of 180 parents selected in area A of L city,Gansu Province,and selected 10 parents(2 parents of children aged 0-1,4 parents of children aged 1-2,4 parents of children aged 2-3)from them to conduct a semi-structured interview.Combining the two methods to understand the current situation of family rearing of children aged 0-3 years,and to address the problems and dilemmas,put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The following problems were discovered:The quality of child rearing aged 0-3 years that parents participated is low.These include the low involvement of fathers in rearing,and the role of grandparents to supplement or even replae the role of mothers.Otherwise,the lower degree of education and income,the lower resources the families gain.The child rearing market is “heavily educated and lighted”.Market institutions pay attention to children's education,and there are very few places where children are fully cared for;there are many problems in children's market institutions.Lack of support from national or inclusive institutions for women's parenting.There is still room for further improvement in social services and time support policies for families aged 0-3.In response to the above questions,the following suggestions are made:Strengthen parental responsibility for family parenting.For example,policy support should take root,strengthen the family's scientific parenting ability,and reduce the burden of family parenting;“cultivating” and “cultivating” pay equal attention to improving the quality of family rearing.For example,access to parenting is more secure,and family fostering is not only “nurturing” but also “nurturing”;scientific planning and joint efforts.Such as: the nursery service as a supplement,play the resources of parenting services.
