Research On The Empowermenting Of Local Social Work Talents

Social work is a sector that using professional method to provide social services for people,which is followed the spirit of people-oriented and help people self-help.it is very important force that can not be ignored to build a harmonious society.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate the social worker talents who practice the social work service.Professional social work services increased and enriched,but also exist between the eastern and western regions,between rich and poor areas of unbalanced situation,many outlying and poverty-stricken areas of social work lags behind the development of social work talents is lacking.in recent years,China's social work has developed rapidly and the professional services of social work have been increasing and enriched.However,there are still imbalances between the eastern and western regions,the developed and poor areas,the social work is lagging behind in many remote and poor areas,and social work talent is lacking."Three district project" is a political development project to solve the problem by government,that is lacking of self of social work and can't attract other local social workers to leave in the rural poverty areas,nationality,old revolutionary areas.in addition to provide direct service for local,empowering local social work talents is the top priority from "Three district project",helping these areas' social work development.This study is based on the author personally participate of "three plans" project",and research on local social work personnel training.The author mainly adopts the qualitative research method,takes the project literature,the interview data,the internship diary and the observation record as the research material of the paper,combines the theory and the practice,sums up the local talent cultivation practice experience and the question,Depth analysis of what factors hinder the local social work talent.Finally,the author believe that the main thing is to do a good job of local social work personnel training,not only by the training side of the training object individual practice,but also their local organization,society,policy and other systems of joint efforts to achieve training and practicing of local social work talents.The author hopes that the research results can provide reference for local talent cultivation of social work in China,also hope that through the discussion on the service practice of "three district project",making a modest contribution for the recipient area,and helping the development of social work and cultivate local talent to create more possibilities.
