Project Practice Research Of Domestic Political And Industrial Service Organization From The Perspective Of Empowerment

With the acceleration of China’s aging population and the implementation of the "universal two-child" policy,people also have higher requirements on the quality of life.In recent years,urban families in China have significantly increased the demand for the quantity and quality of domestic service,so the domestic service industry and domestic political workers have developed rapidly.However,domestic government workers are faced with many problems in work and life,as they are not only confronted with all the institutional obstacles to the development of migrant workers,but also confronted with the dilemma brought by the characteristics of domestic service industry,which is dominated by informal workers and vulnerable groups.In this background,more and more scholars focus on this,but the most research mainly focuses on the macro social policy and structure,focusing on administrative problems through top-down path for the home to provide the corresponding solve paths,this paper is to provide professional social work services to the home political work H social service center as an example,focuses on the micro level by "empowerment" concept,to project means such as style,skills,promote political work group consciousness and the ability to promote social work organization project arrangement,understanding and analysis of social work organization in promoting political work the status,characteristics and problems of problem solving.This study adopt participatory observation,focus group interviews and investigation method,H social work service center of Beijing as the research object,the empowerment perspective to study and analysis to the service center project,and based on the observation analysis of the existing projects to the project practice to explore,to promote the empowerment theory and social work organizations to carry out the development of project practice under empowerment perspective.According to the survey,the project of H social worker service center can be divided into individual level empowerment and group level empowerment according to the differences of empowerment objects.The empowerment projects for individuals mainly start from the improvement of culture and skills,while the group goal projects focus on the advocacy of policies and teamwork.The two empowerment projects are still driven and led by social work organizations,so they still have the characteristics of top-down approach.At the same time,in view of the organization have consciousness of home demand for the development of political work in the aspect of emotional labor,but due to various problems such as external resources have struggled to advance,the project on the basis of the research in the form of team to try to carry out the emotional labor as the theme of the project activity,summarized in primary in political work of the main problems in the emotional labor and related experience,and further the nonviolent communication method has carried on the related political work learning activities,for the agency in the long-term exploration provides a certain basis.
