In order to improve the conditions for running a school,integrate and utilize the existing resources,the State Council promulgated Decision of Education Reform and Development about Elementary Education in 2001,pointing out that we should adjust the distribution of rural compulsory education schools in the light of local conditions,then structural adjustment of rural primary school had been carried out throughout the country.The boarding school system optimizes educational resources,guarantees the education fairness,improves the teaching efficiency.However,there are also problems emerging,such as,family education function is weakening,the school management burden heavier,some children is difficult to go to school,and the reducing communication between children and their parents,therefore,it is very important to do some researches to an effective means of communication between the hom-school in the rural boarding primary schools,the cognition between teachers and parents,the existing communicative problems,etc.This research mainly adopts the documentary method and the questionnaire method,taking the central primary school,Mengling primary school,Mengpian primary school,Zhuqing primary school as research schools,with the present situation,content,effect and existing problems and suggestions among parent-school communication as the research content in rural boarding primary schools in S village.By taking sampling method,This research carried out questionnaire survey to 80 teachers,240 students,280 parents,and interviewing to 4 teachers,8 parents.The results show there are the following problems during parent-school communication in primary schools in S Village:weakening of family education function;the teachers'enthusiasm needs to be improved;the parents are passive and strong dependence to schools;although the communication means presents diversity,but the effect is not obvious;communication content is single,not to care for children'overall grown-up;the home-school communication to the left-behind children problems is insufficient.There are some reasons for these problems,such as,education departments and schools lack of institutional guarantee;some teachers pay less attention to these problems,and their enthusiasm is not high;parents lack of communication actual action,mentally weak,etc.Accordingly the the research puts forward the following suggestions:the education departments formulate relevant parent-school communication system,and strengthen the implementation,ensure the smooth home-school communication and carry out effectively;from the school and the teacher level,to strengthen the construction of parent-school communication,innovate parent-school communication way,motivate the teachers and parents'initiative.The schools train parents and help them create a family education,improve the important recognition of parents home-school communication;take a variety of means of communication to meet the actual needs of different parents.Through research,the thesis draws the following conclusions:1.The education department and schools should pay attention to and improve the rural family education and help to build a family education;2.The school should meet the new needs to communication means and ideals during home-school communication to motivate the parents' enthusiasm of communication;3.Both parents and teachers should pay attention to the students' overall growth,and not to evaluate their academic grades as only criterion;4.Parents' psychology should be paid more attention during parent-school communication,especially the parents with weak psychology,to encourage parents to take an active part in the children's education.
