| Since the new curriculum reform in 2001,autonomous learning has attracted more and more attention because it plays an indispensable role in social survival and development.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate students’ autonomous learning from the student stage.The students in the senior stage of primary school have initially had the conditions and ability of autonomous learning,which has also become an important stage in the development of their autonomous learning.Therefore,it is particularly important to investigate the current situation of autonomous learning of senior primary school students,explore the problems of autonomous learning of senior primary school students and analyse them,and provide some suggestions to strengthen the management of autonomous learning.Through the literature research,it is found that there are more literature on the autonomous learning status of senior primary school students,but there is less research on the autonomous learning status of senior primary school students in rural boarding schools.Therefore,this paper hopes to put forward some feasible suggestions with reference significance through the investigation and Research on senior primary school students in rural boarding schools,so as to provide help for the development of autonomous learning of senior primary school students in rural boarding schools.Taking 315 students from Z senior primary school as the research object,referring to Professor Zimmerman’s theory and Professor Pang Weiguo’s Autonomy Scale,this paper designs a questionnaire from the four dimensions of learning motivation,learning content,learning process and learning management to investigate the current situation of autonomous learning of Primary school senior students;The interview method is used to interview 36 students,10 teachers and 12 parents,mainly to supplement the questionnaire through student interviews,and we hope to learn more from teachers and parents about the current status of students’ autonomous learning.Through the investigation of the current situation of Z senior primary school:(1)on the whole,the scores of students’ autonomous learning are lower than 4,which is at the general level.From different dimensions,the scores of each dimension are lower than 4,which is at the general level.In the dimension of learning motivation,students’ initiative consciousness is poor and their sense of self-efficacy is low;In the dimension of learning content,students lack the effective use of learning resources;In the dimension of learning process,students’ preview effect is poor,they do not use effective review methods,and their time plan and learning objectives are not clear enough;In the dimension of learning management,there are problems of teachers’ lack of effective guidance,poor family learning atmosphere and parents’ lack of understanding and encouragement of their children.(2)From the differences of different student groups,first of all,the behavior performance of girls in autonomous learning is higher than that of boys.From the data,there are significant differences in the four dimensions of the survey.Secondly,the sixth grade students’ autonomous learning behavior is higher than that of the fifth grade students.From the data,there are significant differences in the three dimensions of learning motivation,learning content and learning process.Finally,the behavior performance of high achievers in autonomous learning is higher than that of low achievers.From the data,there are significant differences in the four dimensions of the survey.Based on the results of the survey,this paper proposes that teachers should correctly understand autonomous learning and improve teaching methods;Students should give full play to their subjective initiative and develop their learning autonomy;Parents should change the concept of family education and promote the effect of students’ autonomous learning. |
