This essay focuses on the study of the phenomenon of homeschooling,which is a research report revealing and reflecting school education problem through case analysis of homeschooling.With the pluralistic development of educational needs,the school education under the system management has couldn't meet completely the demands of parents gradually,so that the education phenomenon of home schooling cannot be ignored.In qualitative research paradigm,this essay describes and disserts the current situation of homeschooling from the micro level and reflects the existing problems of basic education and the school education under the system management,thus causing educators' introspection on current school education system and teaching mode.Through pre-survey,the author selects and confirms to regard Vegetables EducationCommunity as research object and undertakes the field investigation,observational survey and interview by stages and pay attention to the Official Accounts,Wechat,class and grade QQ group and forums continuously.The author analyzes the cause and effect of Community according to the homeschooling experience of founder and introduces the constitution and source of Community members and courses arrangement.By means of observational survey and multi-dimension interview,the author continues in-depth and refines studies problem.Using the method of scene narrative to make diachronic trace and reappearance of people's life and study situation in Community.And the author also illustrates the theory on school management,school-running model and management methods of Vegetables Education Community from the viewpoint of teachers,students and parents.In different practitioners of feelings,narrative description of homeschooling is helpless,collates the major problems of homeschooling:the limit of educational system,the bonds of traditional concept and children's future.The author thinks homeschooling is a kind of educational regression,but not a betrayal,after understanding the quality curriculum setting at a core of development in an all-around way and the theory on school management of Vegetables Education Community of people oriented.Although is just an individual selection,education reform is our common expectation.Based on this,the author gives some advice on homeschooling and education under system.Homeschooling should be supported and guided by matching policy:enacting laws so that the homeschooling can follow relevant laws;establishing relevant local supervise policy to protect fully children's rights to education;building the bridge between homeschooling and school education so that brain drain reduces.Education should abandon utilitarianism and return the basic aim of education:regressing educational normal orbit and promoting human development;regressing life and rebuilding the connection between education and life;regressing nature and focusing on the development of humanity.Of course,as a qualitative study,its profound meaning more in detailed narration and analysis.
