Home schooling is a new kind of education which aim at handicapped children.Home schooling has been made progress in most of foreign countries,but the home schooling is underdeveloped in China.East of China regions are developing well,Central and West regions are not.Based on present stage,home schooling of China mostly based on West and East.”Special education Promotion Program(2014-2016)”forward by the General office of the state council in January 2014 proposed organizing education for delivery.On July 18,2014,AnHui Province also issued the “Implementation Plan for the Promotion of special education in AnHui Province.” With the mutual promotion of nation and local policy documents.In various parts of AnHui Province has been carried out the special education school.The research in this paper,adopt questionnaire survey for home schooling teacher and school.With the purpose of ask for information about sending teachers in AnHui Province,the difficulties they encountered,then the reason based on the actual situation of teachers' development.This study proposes some constructive suggestions for sending teachers in AnHui Province.The main results of this study as follows:1.There are a large number of people need to be send,on the contrary,fewer teacher with specialized knowledge,a large proportion of teachers are responsible for more than five students.1.Home schooling teacher has a lot of work to do,the majority of teachers give class in weekend.How to security benefits of these teachers are still a question.2.The biggest difficulties in home schooling comes from the teacher themselves who with few specialized knowledge also have no received corresponding train before sending.In the process of teaching,teachers are lack of innovation ability and rely on teaching material.Teaching methods are too simple,Secondly,there is no professional special teaching team in north of AnHui.Finally most parents dispensable attitudes in home schooling.3.During the education teacher' support are too single.4.For above results,this study proposes the following suggestions: Strengthen teacher' professional train,teachers should make self-education textbooks which aim at specific circumstance.Home schooling should seek multiple support,integrating various resources to establish a dedicated teaching team to help parents.
