Discussion On The Introduction Of The Club Model Of Volleyball Teaching In Colleges And Universities In LanZhou

Volleyball in Colleges and universities is one of the three big ball,but with the rise of new sports,participate in Volleyball students less and less,the development of Volleyball in Colleges and universities in Lanzhou is gradually declining.In this study,from the overall situation of Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and universities in Lanzhou,the introduction of club teaching model to promote the sustainable development of campus volleyball.This article through the literature research method,questionnaire research method,interview method and logical analysis method,to six colleges of Lanzhou City volleyball teaching mode as the research object,understand the Amateur Volleyball Club Management and training mode through the investigation,to understand the status quo of Lanzhou college volleyball teaching mode,feasibility analysis and constraints into the club model and from the actual situation,the basic construction of teaching mode into the club,finally discussed in the method of introducing the club pattern.The results show that the existence of the Lanzhou college volleyball teaching problem is the lack of cultivation of learning interest in teaching methods and content,in the limited teaching time too much emphasis on technical knowledge and skills,limits the students to actively participate in volleyball;the introduction of club teaching mode can improve the quality of teaching volleyball,sustainable development to further promote the campus,enrich campus sports culture life,improve students' sports level,but increase the workload of teachers,increase the teaching investment;perfect Lanzhou college volleyball facilities,have to carry out sports club teaching mode,but the teachers,students relatively poor foundation.In order to solve these problems,Lanzhou city to carry out the teaching mode of volleyball volleyball club is now in a small scale experiment based on,and gradually introduced,based on the original teaching,according to their actual situation,and gradually transition to the club teaching mode;teachers arrange inspection and training,learning successful experience;recruitment of outstanding volleyball teachertraining;teaching resources construction funds through the campus volleyball culture.
