Chinese Volleyball League achieved some progress since the implementation of the professional r eform of Chinese Volleyball League,but overall,it did not achieve a breakthrough,poor management system,prim operation mechanism,sluggish financing chanrels and narrow profitable channels still restricts the development of the league and club.As a professional volleyball league,in addition to improve the level of volleyball,it also should realize the promotion of economic efficiency,however,until now,the economic effects of China' s Professional Volleyball League did not run up to the value and effect should be realized in the professional sport..Therefore,studying of the business model of professional volleyball club in China has important theoretical value and practical significance to the development of China' s professional volleyball club.This study used literature,comparative analysis method,case analysis and other research methods to study the business model of China's professional volleyball club.Research conclusions are as follows.1.Professional vol.leyball club business model,which refers to the basic.activities system implemented by the professional volleyball clubs in order to realize their own value and customer value through the integration related resources of professional volleyball club.2.China professional volleyball clubs have a large number of stakeholders,including the internal and external.Internal stakeholders contain athletes,coaches,managers,external stakeholders contain media,sponsors,fans and so on.3.Public-private joint capital investment mode and non-materialized club are mainly financing model and management model of Chinese professional volleyball club.Operation model mainly consist of introduction of foreign aid,promotion of welfare,strengthening the broadcast and reports etc.And Marshal star to attract the public eye,ticket sales online and offline combination,do a good job of fan service and other means are main ideas of marketing.Sponsorship of club is the main channel of profit.4.Small size of investment,narrow profi tchannel,lack of reserve talent team construction are existing problems of business models of Chinese professional volleyball club because of three main reasons.Government level:the system is not smooth,the mechanism does not.live and the power is insufficient.Social level:lack of awareness,unstable foundation,un-exuberant demand.Profession level:a late start,lack of resources,ineffective operation.5.Promoting the reform of the management system,promoting the athlete transfer market,the establishing the company;encouraging and guiding social capital to invest,actively applying for the guide gold of sports industry development,broadening the financing channels through the issuance of shares;choosing reasonable venue,actively introducing outstanding foreign aid,Scheduling optimization system,increasing the amount of League bonus;ticket sales online and offline combined,guiding the fans to participate in sports consumption,promoting the construction and development of the volleyball club fans Association will be the main ways to optimize the business model of Chinese professional volleyball clubs.6.Social capital investment financing mode and enterprise operated type club will be the main form of financing and management of volleyball club of China in the future.Introducing high level coaches and foreign aid,broadcasting,constructing of reserve talent team and elevating fringe benefits will continue to be regarded with attention,consumer services and returning on equity will be focused by the Chinese Professional Volleyball Clubs,tickets,copyrights,title sponsorship will become three key profitable channels of club.
