Visible,ideological and political education,college mental health education team Construction,psychological counselor team training and continuous supply once again get the party and the country's attention and emphasis.Based on the educational policy of the party and the state,this study takes the college students' demand for the school mental health education as the starting point,based on the unique advantages of the peer education in the mental health education and the efficiency advantage of the group psychological counseling in the implementation process.Peer group leader of the development path and growth elements,trying to find a set of peer groups for college students can be copied,recyclable training model.In this study,we used two years to track the students of Applied Psychology,and participated in the whole process of their study and practice group counseling during the undergraduate course.They observed and understood their thoughts and feelings.,Growth and frustration,harvest and expectation.At the same time,based on the qualitative research method of rooting theory,four case studies were conducted.In this study,a one-to-one semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted to provide a comprehensive understanding of the process and experience of the participation of four peasant group leaders in peer group counseling.Interview full recording or video,after the audio and video data for verbatim transcription,get 182340 words text transcripts.Based on the rooting theory,this paper has done three rounds of code processing,and has gotten some important topics related to the development of the core of the "development path","growth factor" and "improvement proposal",as well as the process of group counseling and the growth of peer group leaders.It is found that the growth of the group leader has experienced the development stage of the entry stage,the stage of experience,the stage of apprenticeship,the stage of practice,the stage of development,the stage of inheritance and the end of the stage.The growth factor of the peer group leader includes the "personal factors of the leader",the meaning of the group itself,the "supporting elements" and so on."The attitude of the leader","the personality of the leader","the experience of their own pain and frustration" constitute an important factor in the personal factors of the leader,and the "inclusive environment","the support of the school,the college" Factor "" peer support "is the peer group leader in the process of growth is very important support.At the same time,the study raises recommendations for improvement in the curriculum itself,peer leaders,and supportive environments.At the end of the study,the author elaborates and discusses several important issues such as the professional superiority of the leader,the relationship between the leader and the member,the cooperative leadership,the physical environment,the difficulties encountered,and the significance of the leader.
