Research On Family Planning Public Service Supply For Floating Population

The basic public service of family planning is an important part of the national basic public service system.In recent years,the population of Jiuting Town in Songjiang District has been increasing,and they have changed dramatically from the aspects of personnel composition,age,education or interests.It is not only an important aspect to solve the problem of floating population management,but also an important goal of realizing a harmonious society of fairness and justice.Therefore,it is very practical to study and discuss the feasibility of public service supply of family planning in Jiuting Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the problems arising from the process of supply of public services in the floating population through the methods of literature research,field investigation and data analysis from the perspective of "urban rights" theory,and then analyzes and analyzes the problems The corresponding optimization path is put forward under the framework of the analysis of urban rights theory.In the field through the investigation in Jiuting Town,we can see that the population of Jiuting Town has a large population,the basic characteristics of the family migration and the young age of childbearing age.From the results of the questionnaire survey,we find that the floating population in Jiuting Town has a large demand for family planning services and the variety of demand is diversified.However,in the process of family planning service,it reflects the actual quality of family planning services The overall situation is not optimistic,family planning services,although covering a part of the floating population,but there are still insufficient supply,not in place of the phenomenon,and the floating population satisfaction with family planning services are generally not high problems.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems by using the theory of "urban rights",and uses the logic of the stratified progress in the analysis of the causes,and points out that the problem of the supply and demand of the floating population is from the view of public resources Lack of institutional and institutional constraints,but from the root of the problem point of view,it is the city government on the floating population family planning public service rights demands inadequate protection.It is essentially the floating population and the immigration of the population of the population of the inequality,is the floating population of family planning services have not been satisfied with the main conclusions.Finally,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the quality of public service supply of family planning from the three levels of value,tools and system.Hoping to provide a reference for the study of the supply of family planning services for floating population in China.
