The Effective Research Of Assistant Teacher's Work In Ethnic Universities And Colleges

As the ever increasing numbers of students of colleges of nationalities,a current situation takes on that there is a severe shortage of full-time instructors.To alleviate the lack of the instructors,some colleges attempted to hire senior students as assistants of instructors.To some extent,it was a good explore.Up to now,a part of colleges has adopted this model of hiring college students as instructor assistants.And great progress has been made both in theory and practice.However,colleges of nationalities rarely adopted this model,for there was few practical experience and theoretical studies.Because colleges of nationalities has their own school-running characteristics and specific teaching objects,they need instructor assistants to join the instructor team to work on ideological education.However,there is some deficiencies in selecting and training students employees.And there is a lack of systematic theoretic basis.What we should do to perfect this team is that we need to think and explore in theory and practice.Specific information as follows:First,elaborate research background of this paper and analyze the meaning of instructor assistants for colleges of nationalities.Study the definition of the research project,the research review,and the design and innovation in this field.Second,discourse the information of colleges of nationalities.It includes three parts.First,discuss the formation of the instructors regulation.And it discourses a process and status of instructors' progressive development in twists and turns.Second,discussing the working characteristics of instructors in colleges of nationalities.The contents includes characteristics of work orientation,personal quality,and team structure.Third,on the base of the first two parts,I will bring reasons,characteristics and practical meaning for the appearance of instructor assistants for college of nationalities.Third,study the job of instructor assistants with an eye to current status of work,mainly through the comparison of consequences between junior students employees and full-time instructors.And reveal the results and problems when instructor assistants work..Junior students not only play the role of educator,but also the role of education receiver.The duplicity of the position directly influences timeliness of their work.Last,for improving the timeliness of instructor assistants,some measure are put forward.There are four aspects.The first one,give full consideration and support for the new exploration for instructor assistants.Combining working practice and actuality,the working system is come up with which gives full consideration and support for instructor assistants.The second one,try hard to improve professional qualities of this team.From ensuring the selection criterion,strengthening pre-job training and tracing direction.The third one,innovate working methods.Assistants for instructor,this special team for ideological education,need to adhere to the people-oriented educational idea and strengthen respect and service awareness.Then full-time instructors is ought to be harmony with part-time instructors.The fourth one,perfect the examination and evaluation system for instructor assistants.First the examination mechanism should be explicit.Then,make sure its evaluation mechanism.Last,bring college students' practical activities into their examination and evaluation system.
