In the current world economic globalization, China's reform and development, national institutions are facing many challenges, how to respond to challenges and seize the opportunities the wave of the times it is particularly difficult to achieve development. Intercultural education aimed at breaking cultural boundaries between people, promote understanding and respect for other cultures, acquire cultural knowledge,so as to achieve the purpose of cultural heritage and innovation. Ethnic Universities soil itself is multicultural, on the one hand the school enrolled students from different nationalities, ethnic and cultural background of students is an integral part of the school multicultural; the other hand, national research institutions of the national culture is the base of results of the research which in turn is a part of the multicultural.Thus, national institutions only make good use of the advantages of congenital and acquired conditions, the path of development of intercultural education, to complete the national cultural heritage and development of the mission, to train minority areas to promote cross-cultural talent forward to the challenges in neutral on the position.This paper will Ethnic Universities and Intercultural Education in two aspects, analyzes the national institutions and the need for cross-cultural education mission. Guangxi University for Nationalities as a case on the basis of field investigation, through the University's Intercultural Education Situation and weaknesses analysis for the national institutions of development of intercultural education can learn strategies to promote national hospital school intercultural education development.Paper is divided into five parts:The first part of this paper describes the study of the origin, purpose and significance, defines the core concepts, combed intercultural education research status and national institutions, describes the research ideas and methods.The second part analyzes the national intercultural education colleges necessity, mission and path selection. To adopting conception for national intercultural education colleges provide ideas.The third part of Guangxi University for Nationalities case how intercultural education situation analysis. First, briefly clarify the current situation of Guangxi University for Nationalities and its main features.Furthermore, from the school's training objectives, training mode,discipline construction, curriculum and campus culture construction of these five aspects of its analysis of how to carry out cross-cultural education, and the results achieved.The fourth part analyzes the intercultural education at the lack of Guangxi University for Nationalities, mainly from the intercultural educational theory mastery, arrange intercultural education curriculum,bilingual teachers team building, cross-cultural education and promotion efforts of these four aspects instructions.The fifth part discusses the Intercultural Education Development Strategy of Nationality Universities. Including: the establishment of intercultural competence training objectives, building cross-cultural education disciplinary system; to build cross-cultural education curriculum system, strengthening intercultural education new curriculum development; enhance cross-cultural awareness of teachers, improving teachers' cultural sensitivity; to face cultural diversity, to cross-cultural Perspective to create a harmonious campus culture.
