Research On The Role Orientation Of Correctional Social Workers

The correction of social work in the development of our country,urging the government to strengthen the construction of social work personnel,and vigorously developing and setting up social work,correct social workers involved in community correction,a large change in the past the penalty regulation correction mode,judicial personnel management is no longer a single subject correction correction work,through the purchase of government social services by social institutions to carry out professional social justice in correction of professional work,social workers and different subjects to participate in the correction of the community correction work "diversified cooperation" mode of floating people into the line of sight.In this model,to rectify the social worker faced "multi management" work situation,one needs to accept from the provisions of social organization arrangement and work plan,on the other hand to arrange daily work comply with the judicial personnel management,administrative and professional correction social workers facing two different work situations,the resulting need role we re face and understanding.This article takes the social role theory perspective,taking Shanghai HZ Judicial Correction of different subjects of social workers and participate in the correction work as the research object,through field observation interviews and related literature,with nearly four months of practice,explore the correction of social workers in the "diversified cooperation" mode of the role positioning problem.The author found that the correction of social workers in the community correction work situation,facing the social rules and social institutions,participate in different subjects and their correction role requirements,thus prone to role ambiguity and role of cognitive distance,role conflict intensified,the role of pressure increasing difficulties,combined with the analysis of interviews,the role of social correction the dilemma is mainly based on the social workers,lack of professional quality,participate in the cognitive bias modification of different subjects of social workers,social workers lack of employer support,and the coordination mechanism is not unified these reasons.In this regard,the author from social workers,to participate in the three aspects of correction of the different main body,the government and the social work of inquiry to rectify the social worker solve the role dilemma,approach the correct role: as the correction of social workers,need to strengthen the self debugging role,different subjects also participated in Jiao Zhenggong's social workers need to give more support and care,and finally the government and society,also need to establish the corresponding corrective social work mechanism,the implementation of relevant laws and regulations,give legal protection to carry out professional work to rectify the social worker.
