Research On The Countermeasures Of University For Science And Engineering Postgraduate Students Ideological And Political Education

In recent years,China's graduate education flourished,the number of postgraduates in the school expanded,ideological and political education,there have been many new situations.Graduate students of science and engineering as an important part of the graduate student groups in China,the healthy development of China's science and technology and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's "China Dream" has a special role.How to do a good job of ideological and political education of science and engineering graduate students,has become an urgent need to solve the problem of graduate education.This paper first introduces the relevant concepts of science and engineering graduate students' ideological and political education.On the basis of combing the development of the ideological and political education of the western countries and the postgraduates of science and engineering in Germany,Britain and the United States,this paper summarizes the western countries' postgraduates' The Enlightenment of Education on the Ideological and Political Education in China.Then,using the methods of literature analysis,interview research and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the present ideological and political education of science and engineering graduate students in colleges and universities,and explains the reasons.The ideological and political education of the ideological and political education to be innovative,ideological and political education team initially established,science and engineering graduate students gradually improve the ideological and moral standards,but there are a small number of graduate students there is a relative lack of humanistic literacy,utilitarian ideology is obvious,Weak academic integrity awareness,relatively poor psychological quality,lack of scientific research and innovation and other issues.In the end,in view of the problems in the ideological and political education of science and engineering graduate students,this paper expands the content of ideological and political education of science and engineering postgraduates,enriches the ideological and political education carrier of science and engineering graduate students,and builds excellent science and engineering graduate students.Ideological and political education,optimize the environment of the ideological and political education of science and engineering graduate students in five aspects of countermeasures to promote the ideological and political education of science and engineering graduate more systematic and comprehensive.
