Research On The Cultivation Of New Type Of Skilled Farmers' Professional Ideal

At present,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the gradual relaxation of the household registration system,a large number of young adult labours are moving into cites,causing some rural lands to be abandoned.The rural areas are short of labours.In this case,who will grow crops on the farmlands and how to grow crops remains a question.So training new type of skilled farmers is the only way to solve this problem.New type of skilled farmer'problem about who will grow crops on the farmlands in the future is the main power of agricultural modernization and socialist new rural construction.Professional ideal of training new type of skilled farmers to serve agricultural modernization and socialist new rural construction concerns the construction of new type of skilled farmers team.So I have chosen pro fessional ideal to do some research about new type of skilled farmers.In this article,subjects are 400 new type of skilled farmers from Shanxi Taigu County Juxin Agricultu re and Dahe Agriculture.In the form of questionaire,I have done some research about factors related to n ew type of skilled farmers's professional ideal and analyzed the payment,feeling,self-effect sense,value a cknowledgement and professional will.The result shows that new type of skilled farmers have realized the i mportance of professional ideal and have a better self-effect sense about their career.But there are still som e problems such as complicated motivation,indistinct value,shortness of professional feeling and professi onal blief ect.Based on this,I have analyzed the factors that influence the professional ideal of new type of skilled farmers from the aspects of politics,economy and culture,such as incomplete policy,shortness of s ocial comments,low income leading to less attraction,negative effects of market economy,restriction of tr aditional ideas and effects of multiple values.After analyzing the factors that influence the new type of skil led farmers' professional ideal,I have put forward training methods from aspects of politics,economy and culture,hoping they will be of benefit to the construction of new type of skilled farmers team.
