The new professional farmer is the value subject and the creation subject to realize agricultural modernization.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of agricultural modernization level,there are some practical problems affecting the process of agricultural modernization,such as the large proportion of the elderly population in rural areas,the low education level of farmers and the difficulty of mastering modern agricultural production technology.To accelerate the development of agricultural modernization,we should vigorously cultivate new professional farmers to make them grow into new professional farmers who love agriculture,master technology and are good at management.This is of great practical significance to realize the overall goal of rural revitalization and promote the process of agricultural modernization at an early date.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore and study how to cultivate new professional farmers.Expect to boost the agricultural modernization of our country to develop process.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of dual structure and the theory of labor transfer,this paper expounds the existing theoretical basis related to the cultivation of new professional farmers,that is,by increasing the investment in the human capital of new professional farmers,it can promote the development of local rural economy through its own labor force under the background of urban and rural mobility and labor transfer.Through interviews and field surveys,the cultivation status and main practices of Shimen County since it became a pilot county for cultivating new professional farmers are expounded,and the current main cultivation modes are summarized,including government cultivation mode,enterprise co-education mode,and college cultivation mode.The problems in the current cultivation process are found out by combining questionnaire survey and interview method.Questionnaire survey and logistic regression analysis were used to build a regression model,and empirical analysis was conducted on the willingness of new professional farmers to participate in the cultivation.10 dependent variables such as gender,age,education level and income source were selected to assign values.Through the analysis of the sample operation results,it is found that the education level,the source of family income and the cultivation content of the new professional farmers are the important factors affecting the participation in the cultivation.Finally,by referring to the domestic pilot county cultivation experience and the results of the previous research,the author puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shimen County.Firstly,the cultivation policy should be established and improved,and the cultivation link of new professional farmers should be more scientific and standardized in the aspects of policy support,type classification,capital investment,teacher construction and evaluation mechanism.Secondly,in the actual cultivation process,It is necessary to innovate teaching methods and forms in combination with the way that the new professional farmers like,strengthen the construction of agricultural informatization,and realize the online management and remote guidance of the new professional farmers by means of informatization.
