The current social development is rapid,increasing social pressure,higher request for the comprehensive quality of college students.Now is 90 college students,because after 90 only-child generation,every care pet baby is home,most self-centered,lack of the collective sense of honor,dedication consciousness is weak,a lot of students to the university or the society after graduation,weaker ability to adapt to society.On college students' social adaptation ability is now the focus of the college talent training,social adaptability of college students' adaptability to the life of the social environment is weak performance,ability strong and the weak and subject to change with the change of environment,especially in the aspect of interpersonal relationship.Add a training element in the classroom,especially in the physical education curriculum,with the aid of physical education curriculum for students to expand training,strengthen the team spirit,education students how to handle interpersonal relationships,improve the social adaptation ability,promote the students' overall quality improvement.This research USES the literature material method to collect relevant documents and monographs in the field of research;Using the interview method and the relevant experts interview,further consolidate the theoretical basis;Using the method of experiment of 40 experimental study of college students,and to borrow "diagnosis scale of college students' social adaptation ability" of 40 students before and after the experiment condition measurement;After spss19.0 statistical processing of related data index,using logical analysis in this paper,the effect of training on college students' social adaptation ability.The results of the study:College students' social adaptation ability are college students adapt to social development,to adapt to the campus life,adapt to the social changes in the environment when you graduate from school for a kind of comprehensive ability.College students'social adaptation ability is shown as two levels,namely inner psychology and external behavior.Social adaptation ability of expression skills,dealing with peer relations,obedience skills,learning skills,self-management skills,etc.Through the experiment before the survey found that 20%of people social adaptation ability is very poor,52.5%of people account for the largest social adaptation ability is poor,25%of people social adaptation ability is general,only 2.5%of people good social adaptation ability,social adaptation ability temporarily not very strong.Index data from five aspects,the experimental group of college students' expression skills have significant differences before and after the experiment,and was highly correlated,expand training improves the yoga group of college students psychological quality in different situations and language expression ability;Due to the expanding training can make college students' team spirit and cooperation spirit a workout,in dealing with peer relations,the experimental group improved overall level of college students a lot,compared with the experiment before there are significant differences(p = 0.008<0.05),close to the communication with others and the environment has dramatically improved ability to adapt;In obedience skills because | t|= 2.405>1.729,p<0.05,so the experimental group before and after the experiment of obedience skills there is also a very big difference,the yoga group of college students of different social conditions,accept ability level of lifestyle and tolerance level has greatly improved;According to the study skills diagnostic data found that yoga group of college students after expanding trained the ability to accept new things has made great progress;In self control ability has improved,but improve not by much.Conclusion:1)the experiment before the vast majority of the students' social adaptation ability is poorer,a small number of students' social adaptation ability is general,yoga course and aerobics elective courses the students' ability of social adaptation,there is no obvious difference.2)through increase of yoga course students expand training,the students of class of the whole social adaptation ability has obvious improvement.3)before and after the experiment of aerobics elective course students' social adaptation ability difference,yoga course students before the experiment of the whole social adaptation ability is in poor or very poor level,expanding training after 60%of the students' social adaptation ability level promoted to general.4)through the experiment before the survey found that the college students' weak expression skills,and peer communication ability is bad,most of the students to be self-centered,difficult to adapt.to the complex surroundings,lack of active learning ability,self-learning ability,self-discipline and self-management ability is weak,the overall social adaptation ability is poor.Advice:Schools should improve the development training plan,all items in sports elective course of increase the training plan,try to enhance the training teachers,improve teachers' level of business.By expanding training promotes college students' social adaptation ability,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of college students.Schools can carry out some training to cultivate college students' team spirit,expand training consciousness cultivation knowledge lecture,targeted promotional activities,through the development activities to enhance students' team cohesion,establish self-confidence,promote the development of social adaptation ability.
