The Status Survey And Countermeasures Analysis Of The Remedy Rights Of The Competitive Athletes In JiLin Province

The right of relief for competitive sports athletes is a right to ensure that competitive athletes can receive relief when their legitimate rights and interests are infringed.It is of great importance to guarantee the realization of relief rights for sports athletes and to safeguard the stable development of competitive sports field and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of competitive athletes.At present,there is a certain lag problem and lack of system construction in the protection of sports athletes' right of relief.Therefore,this paper,based on the study of the group of competitive athletes in Jilin province,is based on the research on the path of the relief rights protection and the legislative path.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire,case analysis and mathematical statistics,and through the investigation of the status of the realization and guarantee of the relief right of competitive sports athletes in Jilin province,analyzes the problems existing in the protection of the right of relief for the athletics athletes in Jilin province,and pointed out the optimization strategy,in order to be able to help the Jilin province and even our competitive athletes to protect the rights.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The legislative protection of the right of relief of competitive athletes in the legal system in China has a lack of legislation and a lack of legislative protection.2.The current protection of the legitimate rights and interests of competitive athletes has the practical problems of constructing the lack of internal remedy in the sports industry.3.China lacks the specialized judicial dispute resolution mechanism and judicial process for competitive sports disputes.4.At present,the right to education of competitive athletes in Jilin is hard to guarantee,and then the consciousness of safeguarding power is weak,no remedial thought and ability to damage one's rights.5.The right relief for competitive sports athletes is difficult and effective toprotect the legitimate rights and interests of competitive athletes in a timely and effective manner.6.Optimization countermeasures: building industry association internal dispute mediation mechanism,set up a competitive athletes security,improve sports relief rights protection legislation,build special judicial disputes solution,build sports dispute to arbitration for resolution.
