Research On Occupational Rights Relief For Postgraduate Youth Tutors

College teachers' occupational rights relief system is perfect,is an important index to measure the degree of university teachers' rights protection.To explore the problem of university graduate student mentors occupational right remedy,necessary to tackle youth mentor to establish scientific,fair and reasonable occupational rights relief system,respect,protect and realize occupational rights of graduate student mentors,to improve the rights of management of occupational satisfaction,give full play to the enthusiasm,work of graduate student mentors help graduate mentors development,better guarantee the quality of China's higher education.This paper is divided into three parts.First of all,carding past research and qualitative interviews,on the basis of understanding to the survival of the current graduate student mentors,grasp the right subject standard about the rights of occupational sex,induces the university graduate student mentors occupational rights ought to be.Second,the university graduate student mentors as investigation object,investigating the present situation and implementation of occupational rights of satisfaction,sums up the related factors influencing graduate mentors occupational right remedy,clarify its lack of management of occupational right remedy.Finally,through the first two parts of research,and combined with previous studies,further explore the significant influence factors,and finally it is converted into a specific countermeasures to improve the system of university graduate student mentors occupational right remedy.
