Research On The Situation Of Bullying In Junior Middle School And Its Control Strategies

Bullying in junior school happened frequently that affect students' physical and mental health,all sectors of society has been focus on the current situation.The article research on the situation of bullying in junior middle school and its countermeasures is based on the research and literature in our country and foreign country,selecting 380 students who from grade one to grade three in a town and a country respective.The research consider three points that the type of behavior,the frequency of behavior,the situation of behavior to reveal the difference of bullying in school between urban and rural,male and female,different grade by using questionnaire,it also supposed different altitude of bullies,victims and spectators about the bullying in school.This article analyses the reason of bullying in school from four parts that losing control of person,family disability,duty of school dereliction,social disorder,and puts forward four controlling measures.The first one is changing the way of family education to construct a civilized and harmonious atmosphere;the second one is advising school to set rules that disseminate the method of protection from school bullying,improve teachers' consciousness of career duty,build the electronic monitoring network in school,reinforce communication between teachers and parents;the third one is creative a health social atmosphere,strengthen supervisal of bullying in school;the last one is taking the sense of law to students,let them protect by law.The influence factors of bullying in secondary shool is complexed,it is not only cause by one factor,but in the presence of the common influence of many factors.So only we have find out the reasons,can be put forward the prevention strategies about bullying.The article research on the situation of bullying in junior middle school and its countermeasures is aimed at promoting healthy relationships between junior middle school students,promoting the standardization of the school bullying prevention,so as to build safe and wonderful campus for students.
