With the rapid development of information technology,“focusing on the in tegration of information technology and mathematics curriculum” is one of the basic concepts of the new curriculum. The visual mathematics teaching method has attracted extensive attention from educational scholars.Looking at the research on visualization at home and abroad, the focus of the research is on adva nced mathematics knowledge. The visualization techniques involved are some complicated mathematics software such as Maple and Matlab,so the research content is limited. In the content of primary and secondary schools, there is very little research on the content of a system, and more research knowledge is dispersed.Based on the theory of constructivism,"re-creation" theory and multiple re-presentation theory, this thesis uses Geogebra dynamic mathematics software to design the visual teaching design of the chapter "Conical curve and equation".On the basis of this instructional design, two parallel classes in the second year of high school were selected to conduct experiments, and the students' mid-term and unit test scores were used as evaluation criteria. At the end of the experiment, the Geogebra Visualization Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire was issued in the experimental class.Through the above teaching practice, the research results show that compared with the traditional multimedia teaching mode, the teaching effect of the visual teaching method under the Geogebra environment is more significant, which can increase the students' interest in learning and cultivate the students' sense of innovation. However, due to the limitations of the study time, method and sample size, the experimental results obtained need further verification.
