The conic curve is the key content in the analytical geometry which is part of the math in the high school.Learning conic curve can help students develop the mathematical thinking,the innovation ability of the thinking and the ability of problem solving and etc.The Unit Standard of the Mathematical in the High School(Experimental)claims that the unit of the high school math should focus on improving the students' math thinking.The integration of the visualization of thought and teaching can promote the development of the mind and the construction of the knowledge.Therefore,the lecture on the thinking visualization subject to the future trend of the math teaching.The research's object was the arts students in the third-grade of M senior middle school.The research concentrated on the effect of the review strategy of the conic curve.The research started with investigating the current knowledge about the conic curve among the students and the unity of the conic curve.Then the researcher formulated the optimum review strategy combined with the visualization of the thought.The following part was the experiment on the students.The students were asked to use the strategy in their study.The researcher collected information and analysed the feasibility and validity of the strategy.Finally,the review strategy could be improved according to the experiment.The conclusion of the research comprise the following parts.First,the results from the questionnaire showed that the students had a low level of understanding the conic curve,can easily be confused about the contents,had a weak comprehensive ability,had rigid thinking,and lacked of impetus and the awareness of the summary.Secondly,the students studied the conic curve part actively when they used the review strategy from the researcher.Also,the visualization of thoughts in the strategy helped the students understand the knowledge,strengthen the learning interest,consciousness of self-learning and the ability of problem solving.That is,the students' thought were improved.But in the short time the mathematical grades of the students showed no difference.The results from this research are meaningful.If the teachers pay more attention on the education of the students' mind,the students can use the visualization and structuralization of thoughts to raise the study efficiency.Meanwhile,it would be grateful if the results can support the integration of the mathematical subject and the visualization of the thoughts in the research and study of the teachers and provide an example for the teaching.
