Man's comprehensive development theory,which has important guiding significance to the sustainable development of Chinese education,is an important part of Marx's theory.The implementation of quality education in our country is closely related to the comprehensive development theory of Marx.Since the new curriculum reform,quality education has achieved not only certain results,but also development dilemma.This paper aims to explore the internal relations between the theory and quality education from the perspective of Marx's theory of human's all-round development.Based on the empirical analysis,finding the significance of human's comprehensive development theory to the quality education of junior middle school can put forward to solve the problem of junior high school.The text is divided into four parts.In the first part,the main contents of the theory are analyzed.The second part explores the inner connection between the theory of human's comprehensive development and quality education.The third part makes a descriptive analysis of the investigation and analysis,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The last part explores the Enlightenment of Marx's theory of human's comprehensive development to the quality education of junior middle school students based on the three part for the development of junior high school students' quality education.The theory of human's comprehensive development has its social roots,which has experienced the process of metaphor to the formal.Marx's theory of all-round development is rich in content.Human's development mainly refers to the development of human's essential power,which extends out many aspects of human development.It includs the development of people's ability,need,social relations and personality.From the measurement standards and the realization way,free time and the combination of teaching and work are also important parts.The contents of the quality education include ideological and moral quality education,scientific and cultural quality education,physical quality education,psychological quality education,aesthetic quality education,social communication quality education,etc.Quality education and people's all-round development are inextricably linked.Marx's theory is not only the direct theory source of quality education,but also provides the guiding principle for quality education.At the same time,it should be clear that quality education has a rich effect on the comprehensive development theory of Marx.Based on the inherent link,the main content of junior high school students' quality education and the connotation of human's comprehensive development are the two dimensions of analysis of the current situation of the Suzhou University Yin Shan Lake affiliated middle school.The quality education of the school has achieved some success,but there are some shortcomings.The causes of the problems come from many aspects,which are not only from the social environment,but also from the backward and lack of educational model and educational theory.Based on such an empirical analysis,firstly,we need to understand the meaning of human's comprehensive development theory,and define the goal of quality education;Secondly,we should set up the idea of "people oriented"of quality education;Thirdly,we should continue to improve the quality education system of junior high school;Fourthly,we should utilize the theory of human's comprehensive development to enrich the content of quality education;Fifthly,we should deepen the reform of quality education in the light of the new times.
