Objective: In this study,senior high school students from a senior high school in Jining are selected as the research object.The purpose of this study is to find out the general condition of students' learning burnout and the general situation of students' solution-focused mindset,and further explore the relationship between them.According to the survey results,a group counseling program was developed according to the survey results.The basic technology of short term psychological consultation was integrated into the group.After data analysis,the effect and reason of the League assistant on improving student's learning burnout were found.Methods:(1)questionnaire.A total of 600 senior middle school students from grade one to grade three were selected for the class collective distribution questionnaire.The questionnaire contained two parts,one is "Middle School Student Learning Burnout Questionnaire" and the other is "solution-focused inventory".(2)experimental method.Then a survey of 600 respondents in the results of the analysis,using the method of researchers visit,participants in the voluntary premise,select learning burnout phenomenon and have a strong desire to alter the status quo of a total of 24 subjects,and the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group accept the researchers by group counseling,as control group is composed of researchers lead them to participate in other mental health group has nothing to do with this group of auxiliary theme activities.After a total of six rounds of group activities after a month and a half,the two groups were tested again,and the results were compared with those of the two groups.Results:(1)Using SPSS21.0 to analyze the data,we find that learning burnout is real in high school students' daily learning life,and high school students' learning burnout is at a moderate level.(2)There are significant gender differences in senior school students' total learning burnout,emotional exhaustion and low learning efficiency.Along with the increase of grade,the level of learning burnout of senior high school students will also increase.(3)There is a significant correlation between the senior middle school students' solution-focused mindset and learning burnout,and the solution-focused mindset can effectively predict high school students' learning burnout.(4)There was no significant difference between the control group students who did not participate in group counseling activities or the four sub dimensions of their learning burnout(p>0.05).(5)After comparing the pretest data and post test data of the experimental group members,we found that there were significant differences in learning burnout or its four sub dimensions(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The degree of high school students' learning burnout is at the middle level.(2)The high school students' solution-focused mindset can effectively predict the degree of learning burnout.(3)We can help students improve the level of solution-focused mindset through the help of group counseling,which can be used as an effective way to intervene senior middle school students' learning burnout.
