A Study On The Post Rehabilitation Of Psychosis Patients In Social Work

With the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the readjustment of the pattern of distribution of interests,the pace of people ' s lives has been accelerating,and the pressure of life has been increasing.In recent years,the number and scale of mental patients in China have been on the rise.In the face of a large number of mentally ill patients,currently China's closed treatment based on biological therapy in the field of mental health can no longer meet the current development trend.In addition,due to long-term neglect of social work involved in post-rehabilitation work of patients with mental illness,resulting in slow recovery of patients,repeated illness,long treatment period,return to society,the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of mental patients and other issues.Related issues have aroused the country's great attention.The National People's Government took the "People's Republic of China Mental Health Law" on October 26 th,2012 and officially implemented it on May 1,2013.The promulgation of the law has played an active role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of people with mental illness and forming respect,understanding and caring for the entire society.The involvement of social work in the patient's later rehabilitation work is an important measure to protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients.In recent years,it has begun to gradually develop in the coastal areas of China.This article takes Kunming A Psychiatric Hospital as a case study and discusses how to improve the post-rehabilitation work of mentally ill patients in social work on the basis of case work and group practice.In terms of specific research methods,a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was adopted.Through questionnaires,interviews,and participatory observations,specific research tools were used to analyze the features,situations,and predicaments of patients in the rehabilitation phase of the A mental hospital in Kunming City.In the specific development of social work practices,the author selected two representative case service targets according to the patient's particularity and uniqueness,and recruited patients with later-stage rehabilitation who had common difficulties and needs;Group work involved.After the intervention of the case group work,they all achieved certain results,assisted the case owner in getting out of many difficulties in the laterstage of rehabilitation,further consolidated the effect of drug treatment,assisted the patient in enhancing self-confidence and interpersonal skills,and enhanced the social support system.The quality of hospitalization has enhanced the patient's rehabilitation effect,and has laid a good foundation for the patient's return to society in the future.Finally,after summarizing and evaluating the practical services,the author has reviewed the effects of social work intervention in the later rehabilitation of psychotic patients,and analyzed the relevant issues from the perspective of the government,hospitals,patient families,and patients themselves,and put forward relevant recommendations.Explore a feasible path for post-hospital rehabilitation for inpatients with mental illness.It is hoped that the effectiveness of the social worker's practice will be small and large.It will actively explore the effective path for later-stage rehabilitation of social work personnel involved in mental hospitals,explore new areas of social work services,promote the localization of mental health social work services,and strengthen the social The degree of attention of later rehabilitation patients.
