With the continuous development of Internet technology and information technology,the learning,living and working methods of modern people are constantly changing.Especially in recent years,with the popularization and wide application of the new type of media represented by WeChat,microblog and micro video,a series of things marked by "micro"emerged.Ideological and Political Education ushered in the micro era.In addition to the traditional carrier of Ideological and Political Education,cell phones,microblog,WeChat and micro video and micro public welfare not only offer a new way for Ideological and Political Education innovation,but provide the new substance form tools,network platform and diversified practice to strengthen and improve Ideological and Political Education work at colleges and universities in new period.Besides,that also brings new challenges to Ideological and Political Education work.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council “Opinions on strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation "stressed: It is supposed to promote the establishment of the Internet carrier of ideological and political work,as well as carrying out the Ideological and Political Education,innovating of ideological and political work ideas,expanding the approaches of the ideological and political work,through the way of college students willing to accept.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to strengthen the research on Ideological and Political Education carrier in the Micro era.Through
