However,gymnastics classes have been repeatedly compressed from 288 hours in the 1990 s to 90 + 10 hours now.Gymnastics teaching in schools now has less and less strength because of fewer venues,more students and fewer teachers.Gymnastics teaching system includes: teaching ideas,content,process structure,conditions,methods,objects,effects and other basic elements.Precise teaching of gymnastics is aiming at the basic elements of the teaching process structure,methods and conditions in this system,and the effective identification and accurate teaching of gymnastic teaching objects by effective procedures.This article is based on the concept of precise concept of gymnastics horizontal bar action teaching case study as the object,the Beijing Sport University horizontal bar field teaching material as the object of investigation,with the literature,expert interview,field survey,image data analysis,Information Technology Law,came to the following conclusions:1.Determine the level of each action teaching goal is the basis of precision teaching.Each action teaching goal level has four,the first is through the instructor’s explanation and demonstration and teaching materials,so that learners to establish the concept of action,to know what the action is;the second is the protection and help to make learning The first one is to help the learner to correct and complete the action,understand how to do a good job;the fourth is through independence Practicing error correction and correction,so that learners to complete high-performance action,thinking why the action can be done.2.One leg forward swing more than 180 degrees turn into a supportive action In achieving the teaching objectives of the level,the method used is: a complete demonstration and explain-to help demonstrate,explain and try-supplementary exercises(Vault or balance beam imitation practice,stool feet before the brace has a support exercise,bar to do a half-side rolling exercises,low single-bar practice)-Paul practice and guide the error correction-independent practice.3.After describing and demonstrating the actions of the action,trying out and practicing,correcting and completing the situation,the solution of the target level of the action teaching is determined and the appearance is established through the two-dimensional code. |
