During the decades of Chinese economic reform and economic dynamism,private education in the industry won many market opportunities.Especially from 1990s,Chinese can apply for study abroad free,extracurricular training institutions mainly in English have gained rapid development.Extracurricular training in primary and secondary schools has sprung up and flourished.M extracurricular tutoring organization was founded in 2013.This paper takes the M primary school extracurricular training institutions as the research object,the typical case analysis and survey analysis and other research methods,referring to the STP theory,4P theory,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method,combined with the actual situation of M primary school extracurricular training institutions,M primary school extracurricular training of the marketing environment and the status of the the review focuses on the analysis of the mechanism of its opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages and puts forward the corresponding marketing strategy.In this study,first of all,this paper describes the research innovation,research methods and content,research status at home and abroad,research significance and background.Then the related concepts and theories are analyzed.The related theories,such as STP theory,4P theory,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method,are briefly introduced.Then this paper analyzes the M primary school extracurricular counseling institutions marketing status.Including M in primary school extracurricular counseling organization and development status,and then analyzed by PEST M in the primary school tutoring agency marketing environment,and analyzes the existing competitors in the M primary school tutoring agencies and potential competitors.Then,the SWOT analysis of M extracurricular tutoring institutions is conducted.And put forward the M primary school extracurricular counseling institutions should use the marketing strategy in the future.Finally,the corresponding measures are put forward according to the measures proposed.
