The high involvement of national policies in the extracurricular tutoring industry of primary and secondary schools will reshuffle this industry,and the strengthening of supervision has driven out non-compliance and illegal small enterprises,and the large enterprises with complete qualifications have been further developed under the supervision of dividends.How to occupy a place in the new competitive pattern through marketing strategy adjustment for small enterprises that barely pass the test has become an urgent concern of BL education and training schools.This paper takes BL education and training schools as the research object,and adopts case analysis,literature research,questionnaire and other research methods to optimize its marketing strategy.Firstly,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,7Ps combined marketing is selected as the theoretical basis,and BL business data is combined to explore its existing problems and causes.Secondly,the 7Ps theory is used as the framework to carry out strategic optimization from product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,process and tangible display.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.Based on the analysis of this paper,it is concluded that: firstly,the market scale of extracurricular tutoring industry in primary and secondary schools is obviously gradient,and the core competitive advantages of large enterprises are difficult to replicate,but the overall market structure of the industry is scattered.BL schools still have competitive advantages by virtue of good teaching quality and superior geographical location of campus.Second,BL marketing team construction is not perfect,the lack of specialized marketing personnel,understanding of the market degree is not high admissions ability is weak,the late teaching team of service ability is limited,not under the condition of high quality bearing more students,the overall service quality decline phenomenon,and campus needs to strengthen staff awareness and improve the service marketing is the ability to establish the overall strength of a strong marketing team to breakthrough development bottleneck;Finally,BL schools should define a clear corporate culture and development goals,improve human resources,organizational security and financial security,and attract more people with the same values to join them through the guidance of corporate culture.
