With the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the development of education has been attached great importance to the whole society,people are increasingly aware of the importance of basic education for children,"elite" education for children is the most long home needs.However due to the uneven distribution of educational resources the situation is difficult to be effectively resolved in a short period of time,people's huge demand for high-quality educational resources and the present stage of public education resources in our country lack this contradiction will exist for a long time.This makes the parents turned to public education resources outside of tutoring agencies,let children participate in tutoring almost the rigid demand of each family,a huge demand for student tutoring market spawned a large number of extracurricular counseling agencies.Educational institutions Y school counseling agencies as the region has just set up a school tutoring for the target market,the development process must face the strength of the education of the giant settled areas,the establishment of early development of local institutions is good,new year minicomputer structure many competitors,it can be said that the Y tutoring agencies the marketing environment and the competition pressure is typical in the small local counseling agencies.This paper takes Y tutoring mechanism as the research object,aiming at the present stage of the marketing environment,the first from the political environment,economic environment,social cultural environment,four aspects of the macro environment analysis;from the current development of education market in the region,the three aspects of competition and market demand was analyzed;finally the Y tutoring agencies related data of Y tutoring agency resources and capabilities are described and analyzed,summed up the Y tutoring organization competitive advantage,disadvantage.The opportunities,threats.Using the theory of market segmentation segmentation of the target market,and the breakdown of the target market are evaluated,and ultimately determine the target market,and to identify the target market and market positioning.According to the location,from product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,management strategy,the seven aspects of tangible demonstration strategy and process management strategy developed a combination of marketing strategy for the development of Y tutoring agencies,and to develop security measures.At the end of this thesis is summarized,and points out the shortcomings.I hope that through this study,can make Y tutoring agencies in the region tutoring market marketing activities to achieve better results,improve in this area of the market visibility,enhance their competitive ability in the future.
