Is a education power in our country,the teaching of the Chinese nation is an important task of every historical era,as the saying goes,"ten years trees,ents in one hundred," the basic purpose of education is to cultivate a group after group of talents,so that they have enough intelligence and personal ability for the country's economic construction and national development makes the corresponding contribution.In October 2019,the number of registered primary and secondary school students in ths school has exceedsd 220 million.The education method for primary and secondary school culture courses is to deepen knowledge knowledge through textbook learning,recitation and exercises.In order for their children to quickly improve their academic performance,parents choose to enroll their children in a training institution outside the classroom to study in a cram school or to expand their learning opportunities with knowledge outside the classroom.Thereforel the establishment scale of extracurricular training institutions in primary and secondary schools mushroomed everywhere.However,as the educational system has new requirements and definitions in the process of The Times,extracurricular training institutions are to some extent evaluated differently by people,and they are developing constantly with some problems in the environment of mixed praise and criticism.In view of the above education based on the analysis of market environment,the author in writing this thesis reviewed at the beginning of the elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions concerned service marketing present situation and existing problems of the literature,most are based on essential characteristics of the education,the emphasis on students and between students,parents and teachers,teachers and school problems,fundamentally is parents and teachers' education concept is different,caused the parents too strict with the students' grades to ascend,and teachers just to finish teaching task,thus ignore the parents concerns.In order to seek to better resolve between parents and teachers "score," the article adopts the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of,to Jacqueline Nottingham elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions as the research object,emphatically analyzes the current status quo and existing problems of service marketing strategy,relying on the advanced marketing theory system for Jacqueline Nottingham extracurricular training organization's marketing environment,market positioning,competitor,etc are analyzed.For Jacqueline Nottingham elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions,is the nature of it education of primary and secondary school curriculum knowledge structure system of carding and expand,the final is to improve the quality of student's result to reflect teaching,want to win the market competitiveness and word of mouth for a long time,is to develop a suitable for their own development of the service marketing strategy,with good reputation,quality service to win the market in this paper mainly used the PEST and SWOT analysis,to Jacqueline Nottingham elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions facing the macro environment,competition environment and internal management environment is analyzed and discussed.At the same time,STP theory and 7P combination marketing theory are also used to analyze market demand,market segmentation and target positioning as the basis,and then preliminarily formulate the price strategy,product strategy,channel strategy and other strategy choices,which provides a guarantee for JN secondary and primary school extracurricular training institutions to gain a foothold in the education and training market in xi 'an.In fact,the author's original intention of writing this paper is to make due contributions to the standard and evolution of education and training market with his own meager power,and to provide more optimized service marketing strategies in brand building and development for those secondary and primary school extracurricular training institutions that are seeking for their own development.
