With the Internet + education background,the professional leading role of teachers is getting more and more attention,the teachers' network studio came into being.Many provinces across the country have emerged as a wave of building the teachers' network studios.Zhejiang Province also completed the first batch of construction from 2015 to 2016,which has been very fruitful in teacher training and resource construction.However,by studying the evaluation process during the two examinations,it is found that only the unqualified,qualified and excellent evaluation results can not reflect the true level of construction and feedback.Therefore,under the guidance of CIPP evaluation mode which consist of context,input,process,and produce,this paper completed the construction of teachers' network studios evaluation index system basic training ability based on context evaluation of,resource allocation ability based on input evaluation,project implementation capability based on process evaluation,and effectiveness based on product evaluation,included the first,second and third level evaluation index system of radiation capability.Through the example of the teachers' network studios in secondary vocational schools in Zhejiang province,based on the sampleable observational data,factor analysis is carried out to extract the second-level indicators which can replace most of the information of the third-level observable indicators and verify the second-level evaluation Indicator rationality.Entropy method,objective evaluation of each evaluation index through the scientific comprehensive evaluation method,and obtained the weight of the basic network training ability,the resource allocation ability,the project implementation ability and the effect radiation ability of teachers,network studios.The scores of the 10 secondary vocational teachers' network studios in Zhejiang province were distributed,reflecting the importance of the above evaluation index and the comprehensive score of each teacher's network studio.Clustering analysis,through the high similarity of the teacher's network studio classified as a follow-up to the teacher's network studio different mode of operation to make the groundwork.Finally,the result of cluster analysis and the standardized score under each evaluation index are integrated based on the clustering analysis of Zhejiang teacher's network studio,which are classified into balanced development model,process-based model,the development of lagging model to serve for the improvement strategy of the later period,to screen teacher's network studio and promote the examination.
